I have an App for that... its called LIFE!

Facebook has no fun any more, I remember when you could live in a shoe, or be in a relationship with something that doesn’t breath, talk, or eat... Like a shoe... Now you have to live in places that are real, and you can only be in relationships with people who are on you friends list... Where's the fun it that?

And what the hell people its just Facebook, you can't really look after sheep or run a cafe... It’s not real, I haven't looked my farm in a year but the sheep should be dead... they most likely won't be, and what do you know they are fine needed to be harvested, how the hell do you harvest sheep? Anyway… Oh and since when dose cupid need a house he’s just some child in a diaper with wings holding a bow and is packin’ arrows, the dude don’t need a house… so why did I just buy it, then sell it?  Because it’s NOT REAL

I will have you know that Facebook is not even a word, yes online Dictionary’s know the word, but WORD doesn’t even know the word, and if you can find a printed Dictionary with Facebook in it I will give you a cookie… not and Internet cookie a real one, you know one that will satisfy hunger, unlike the internet ones, but really are we really that completely hooked on Facebook, that we can go a day without posting a comment or loading some funny picture?

Why is it clothing shops, super markets, trains and busses have Facebook pages? Even TV and radio stations have their own Facebook pages as well at websites, App’s and Twitter, are we really that that hocked?

Lets concentrate on this HOCKED idea shall we, why is it we feel like we must post funny quote, must upload photo, must inform others where we are and how much fun we are having, must tell others about some cool website we just found or tell people if they are not added to the list on Facebook, of friends going to your party, your not invited, or complain when Facebook updates and takes the fun options away, or even when Facebook stops working for an hour, do we feel the need to tell Twitter all about it?  Why? Because we are hocked, but not just on Facebook, but on the internet it’s self.

Here is a list of questions to ask you’re self.

When was the last time you walked in to a library?
When was the last time you texted someone?
When was the last time you picked up a pen and wrote a letter to someone?
What was the last book you read?
When was the last time you didn’t turn on you computer for a whole day?
When was the last time you didn’t use Facebook or Twitter on your phone?
When was the last time you picked up the house phone and called someone?
How long have you been on the computer for non stop?
How many songs have you down loaded illegally?
What was the last album you got, and parted with you money for?
When was last time you saw you friends face to face?
What was the last show recorded on VCR
What was the last tape you listen to?
When was the last time you listened to a record?

And the big one

Can you remember what life was like without it all, No Facebook, no internet, no mp3 players, no DVD’s, no live chat, no Twitter, no MySpace, no YouTube, no Mobile phones, no digital cameras, no CD’s, no personal computers, no UBS’s or hard drives, no HD, and no Iphone, CAN you remember life without it all?

Didn’t it just seem all easer back then?

Sorry if I made you think to hard.

  1. In order of questioning;
A week and a half ago.
    Tuesday.
    Monday.
Macbeth....just decided I hadn't actually ever read it and started on Monday.
    Saturday.
I've never used Facebook or Twitter on my phone, or anybody's phone...can you say the same?
Well, I don't like calling people, but I have to tonight, does that count?
8 hours, but only because I need to be for work.
    I don't...
Two 30 Seconds to Mars CDs, from their early stuff.
This morning, we catch the same train. But if you mean more than one friend, Saturday.
VCR, that would have to have been the Top Gear special with the Australian and British presenters together, some time last year. Non VCR, Supernatural on Monday.
The last tape...well, the only ones I own are ones I've recorded songs off air, so nothing proper.
Record...It's been a while, possibly 8 years. They are ancient technology you know.

I can barely remember that, I remember a time when we were using DOS, and playing Sim City, and we were restricted to one hour on the computer for non-homework related things, but there were no mobiles or internet back then, or anything else.
